Once we meet, I will put together a customized search with your specific criteria. I will research everything that is listed on the market with other realestate companies. I then inform you of these results by your choice of contact: person, email, fax, or any other method you prefer.

The listing information will include:

• Special Features

I will update you on a daily basis as soon as new properties are listed on the market. YOU will be the FIRST to know about it. Often times this is the key to obtaining the best properties because they sell FAST! As you begin to find properties you are interested in, I will show you all the houses that you would like until we find the perfect home for you!

Negotiating the Best Possible Deal

Once you find a property you like, I will research the MOST current sales of similar properties in the same neighborhood. This is the same information an appraiser will use to give you a market value. We then will negotiate the best possible price and terms for your individual situation.

Coordinating all Aspects of the Transaction

I coordinate all aspects, making sure everything goes accordingly until closing. I will provide you with the BEST home inspectors, real esate attorneys, insurance and home warranties.
